In4par Golf LLC operates Celebration 120, the joint 80th anniversary of Clearview Golf Course and 40th anniversary of the National Black Golf Hall of Fame, held October 1 to 3, 2026 in East Canton, Ohio. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, email address, mobile number, organisation, and the details of what you are registering for, such as shirt size or the names of your playing group.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we do with it
- Confirm your registration and answer your questions
- Send you details about Celebration 120, including schedule changes and reminders
- If you register as a bidder, tell you when you have been outbid or have won a lot
- Keep a record for the National Black Golf Hall of Fame, a registered 501(c)(3), Tax ID 26-2420132
Mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not pass your phone number to anyone who wants to market to you.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive a small number of messages in total, relating to their registration and to the event itself. Anyone who registers as a bidder in the silent auction may receive more on the day of the event, because we send a message each time they are outbid.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you, depending on your plan.
Stopping the messages. Reply STOP to any message from us and you are unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP to any message for help and contact details. Full detail is on our Messaging Terms page.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the event run, and only for that purpose. Those are our customer relationship system, our email provider, our text message provider, and Stripe for payments. Each of them is bound to use the data only to deliver the service to us.
How long we keep it
For the event and for our records afterwards, so that we can contact past attendees about future National Black Golf Hall of Fame events. Ask us to delete you and we will.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
