In4par Golf LLC sends text messages about Celebration 120. This page sets out exactly what you are agreeing to when you give us your mobile number.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form on this site and submitting it. Those forms are the registration form and the bidder registration on auction.in4pargolf.com. Each one states, next to the phone field, that you agree to receive text messages.
We never add a number we were not given directly by its owner. We do not buy lists.
What we will send you
- Confirmation that your registration was received
- Details and reminders about the weekend, including schedule or venue changes
- If you register as a bidder in the silent auction, a message when you are outbid and a message if you win a lot
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages in total. If you are bidding in the auction you may receive more on the day, because each time someone bids above you we tell you.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages. Your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Stopping the messages
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will get one final message confirming it, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with contact details and help.
You can also call 407.497.2233 or email hello@in4pargolf.com and ask us to stop.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your registration and does not stop us emailing you about the event.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
